Choose Basic at £12 per month or Pro at £22 per month, both with UK delivery included. Basic is a smaller themed surprise and Pro is a fuller premium parcel. Every edition has a different creative theme and changing contents, including seasonal surprises. Payment renews on your join date, and you can skip an edition or cancel at any time without a cancellation fee.
Yes. The Shop offers individual products separately, so you can buy a mug, notes pad, tumbler or bundle without starting a monthly membership.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders are prepared within 2 working days; please allow 3–5 working days after dispatch.
UK delivery is £2.99 for an eligible notes-pad-only order and £3.99 when your bag includes a mug, tumbler or bundle. The charge is applied once per order and shown in your bag before checkout.
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product, box, inner packaging and delivery label. Keep everything while we review the case; we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost where appropriate.
For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return it. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition; the product refund may be reduced in proportion to any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling, misuse or damage.
