Using the shop
Only products with a visible price and an active checkout button are available to order. Products marked as coming soon cannot be purchased. Availability may change as small batches sell out.
Before an order
Before paying, Stripe Checkout shows the products, total price, delivery cost and delivery information. Customers also receive clear payment, cancellation and contact information before placing an order.
Products and handmade variation
Small differences in colour or placement may occur between finished pieces and screen images. This will never remove a customer’s rights when an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
The monthly club
The Little Happy Club offers a Basic plan at £12 per month and a Pro plan at £22 per month. UK delivery is included in both plans. Basic contains a smaller curated themed surprise; Pro contains a fuller premium parcel with more or larger pieces. Each edition has a different theme and changing contents, with seasonal drops for moments such as Halloween, Christmas and summer. Product photographs and pairings are examples rather than a promise of the same items every month. Payment is taken when a member joins and renews automatically on the same calendar date each month. We prepare each parcel within 2 working days and Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch; arrival is therefore an estimated window rather than a guaranteed date. Members can skip one edition or cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. If cancellation is completed before the next payment date, no further payment will be taken. Skipping stops the payment for that edition and the membership resumes the following month. Cancelling stops future renewals; any parcel already paid for remains covered by the applicable cancellation, returns and statutory rights. If a payment fails, that month’s parcel will not be prepared or sent until payment succeeds.
